I will start by saying the staff was acceptable, this is not necessarily about them. Stayed 9 nights, most all had excessively loud music blaring until 3am+ as the plaza entrance to the hotel is the preferred kids/young adult hangout. Found it incredibly hard to get any semblance of sleep. Asked desk to switch rooms, none offered. My reservation stated Panoramic Double or Twin Room, Sea View. The bed was as described, no sea view at all. My room was directly above the party area with a view of the building across the street. Asked management, none offered. The air conditioning in the room never went lower than 24.8C. There are digital thermostat controls but they are useless in making the room cooler. There were times it was 26c +, with the bathroom door closed to keep the heat from a window above the shower contained. Bathroom probably 30c. They have the system locked to what they deem is appropriate. Very, very uncomfortable all the time. Mgmt came to my room, he checked therm. made no difference. The only place I had consistent WiFi was in the lobby. In my room it barely worked at all. Would come in for a brief moment, I'd receive backlog of notifications & then it would be out again for hours & hours. Last, there was a note on the room door stating it is customary to not lock the door to the room. It wouldn't lock when we tried. Nothing happened, but not at all left to my discretion, which was very uncomfortable.

Bellissimo posto, con un panorama magico! Si mangia benissimo, si dorme altrettanto bene e il personale è attentissimo alle esigenze dei clienti. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro per un soggiorno più lungo!

Gutes Hotel mit Top Lage und sogar Parkplätze auf Nachfrage und Aufpreis. Gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Zimmer nicht die modernsten aber alles in gutem Zustand und alles da was man braucht.

Pulizia e disponobilità eccellente; La stuttura si trova in una posizione a due passi dal centro. Stanza molto graziosa, curata e pulita.
