Excellent hotel for exploring Sendai

Convenient location, close to Clis Road shopping district and Sendai station and all the restaurants and bars in the area. Hotel has great features, including free laundry facilities and a relaxation room with massage chairs. The cold packs were also very welcome in the summer heat! Note: the hot springs at the hotel are for men only, however there is another branch of the hotel nearby with women's bathing facilities

The hotel is located right next to a subway station "Hirose-Dori" and a bus stop, and near a train station. It is on a main street and very safe at night. Many restaurants and shops are within a walking distance. The hotel has its own hot spring, but only for males!!! Females can use the one in nearby sister hotels. People at the front and cleaning people were always very friendly and kind. Only one thing was that the mattress was too firm to me, but it might be good for backbone.

Staff is very nice, the hotel is convenient.

I like the hotel cause it is convenient, well located, with some English speaking staff and they allow female guest to go to the onsen on the fancy hotel nono in front of the hotel.

I think it's meant more for business travelers but my wife, two teenagers, and myself were perfectly comfortable. They staff spoke limited English but that should be expected when you get further away from Tokyo/Kyoto.

女性の大浴場はなく近くのドーミーインの大浴場を使用した。その点は配慮されていて良かった。使用前のベッド、浴室に髪の毛が落ちていたこと、客層が良くないのか深夜にドアを勢い良く閉める音がうるさいと感じた。
