Beautiful views!

Plenty of space for 2 large families to spread out and enjoy the house and property! Loved the sandy beach, fire pit and hot tub! The lake was absolutely amazing and so clean!

Thankful with family at Thanksgiving

Wonderful place to stay with family of all ages. Even in November we enjoyed kayaking, the hot tub, eating on the porches, and a bonfire with s'mores. Great location for us near other family in the area. Beautiful lake views, sunsets, migrating birds, boaters, fishermen and more and nature hiking nearby.

Wonderful Clemson football weekend

We had a wonderful stay at the spacious log cabin. Great communication with the property owner, a beautiful location with amazing lake views and lots of amenities to keep the entire crew entertained. We enjoyed a few days at the house taking advantage of the beautiful lake and used it as a launching pad for game-day at Clemson, which worked out great.

Great family getaway

The house was so fun for our family of five, kids ages 12-17. We loved the freedom to swim or paddle off the dock, play pool, make s’mores, enjoy hot tub, play games, or just chill on the upper deck and enjoy the view. The house is a great location for exploring local towns, eat out, hike, etc. Would love to visit again and invite another family as the home is laid out perfectly for two groups traveling together. Carter was an excellent host.

Perfect location

This home has it all! What a beautiful location! The view is absolutely stunning! We enjoyed sitting on the deck relaxing and looking out at the water. Our adult children loved using the paddle boards and kayaks...as well as the hot tub. Making dinners at the house was a breeze with a fully stocked kitchen....and gathering at the large table was one of our favorite things. Communication with Carter was easy and he quickly responded when I had a couple of questions. We will definitely be back!! Honestly...leaving to go back to the cold, dreary weather of Illinois was really hard.

Holiday Family Get Together

Great location with a BEAUTIFUL VIEW. Nice and clean with lots of space to spread out. A little chilly this year - so not much time outside, but on the sunny warmer days we did get to enjoy the beach fire pit and upper outside deck. The Kids enjoyed the HOT TUB and the pool table was a hit as well! Host Carter was great and very responsive when needed. This is our third year staying on the lake and the view here was the best. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Birthday Time

We enjoyed it being so close to Greenville. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday & wanted everyone to be involved as much as possible. Our adult kids & their families were close enough to come & go as they could during the week. There was plenty to keep even the older kids. Great Family Getaway

The place was great. We had 8 adults and 2 grandkids under 3. Plenty of room. All of the adults had their own bedroom. Lots of space to hang out. Dining room table was great for meals and playing games. There is a new dock/boat house which was ideal for playing in the water. There was even enough flat areas for setting up corn hole and badminton (not regulation) areas. There were lots of water toys (kayaks, SUP's) available. Everyone loved it.

Heaven on earth

We loved this home! The sunsets were beautiful and so were the sunrises through the morning mist. We also got to see a gorgeous super moon rise over the water. The porches are brand new looking tree material and great for bare feet. Furniture is lovely as well. We also love the location close to the grocery store and restaurants as well as hiking trails. We can’t wait to return for a longer stay. Fall is beautiful but would love to also visit in the summer. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of space to spread out. You cannot beat the views from every room. We did not want to leave. Owner was thoughtful and great at communicating. We are so grateful that he keeps this place so nice!!

Best family vacation ever

We had the BEST family vacation we have ever had. The lake house was perfect! The house had enough space for all 11 of us & there was so much to do. All of the beds were super comfortable and the house felt like a real home. You could tell it was loved! The location could not be beat. Clemson was a short drive away so we were able to go there one day & walk campus. We rented a pontoon boat which was easy logistically bc the boat ramp was so close. Our favorite part was hanging out on the dock. Between the views, the lily pad, paddle boards & kayaks we all had a blast. Smores every night in the fire pit were extra special. None of us wanted to leave after a week!

Top Notch Amenities!

This house had it all to appease with wide age ranges and interests in the kids on this trip. They had life jackets of all sizes, which normally the case, and wet suits which were perfect for the chilly spring lake temps. Property Manager could not have been nicer - calling with a head up about something in the house. And even went out of his way to try and help with an Amazon delivery that was sent after our stay. We rented the boat and appreciated the ease of coordination and flexibility to pick the warmest day during out stay. Overall, fabulous week.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

We can't wait to vacation here again! It's a perfect lake home with lots of space and an ideal layout for families with kids/teens. The house had everything we needed - two washers/dryers, pots, pans, utensils, pool table, games, hot tub, fire pit, and the list goes on and on. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the master deck overlooking the lake and gorgeous landscape, and evening drinks by the firepit taking in all the nature around us! We spent most of our time on the large dock swimming, playing on the floating mat, and paddle boarding/kayaking. We also rented the PWCs and the boat for a few days which took our stay to the next level! The water is so clear/clean, location is ideal, and Carter and Gina were the best owners we've ever encountered - great communication, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. We cannot wait to come back next summer!

Incredible Vacation Spot

Review for house This house was awesome and we will absolutely try to book it again next fall for our annual Clemson trip. So close to campus- about 20 minutes. Huge double doors overlooking the lake with beautiful views (on both floors). Having 4 bathrooms was so convenient for our large family. 2 washers and 2 dryers in the basement for all the laundry you could possibly need to do. The deck was really nice to hang out on and we loved sitting on the outdoor couches. We also got good use out of the propane firepit as well as the regular firepit down by the water. The lake was so clean and beautiful and we rented the jet ski one day- the men in our group spent 4 hours out there and had a blast! Carter was extremely accommodating and reasonable and was very easy to get in touch with when a few minor things came up- you can tell he really cares about his guests and wants them to enjoy their stay. Would definitely recommend!!!
