“We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor.……

“The Bluebird was overall fabulous! Our only minor complaint is the Marie room would not get cool. The AC ran nonstop, but kept the temperature at a constant 75. The room did have 2 fans, so that helped. Bc of the room temp, I would give it a 4.5 rating. My husband reached out to Jeff about the AC. He did immediately respond letting us know about the fans. We would definitely stay here again!!”
