Great family-friendly hotel

A FAMILY GUIDE: I you have a couple of kids, no other resort is comparable to Concorde de luxe. I want you to know where you are going to. I have seen lots of resorts in Antalya, but concorde is the only real family friendly resort. there lots of real facilities and diversities (v.s. other resorts' fake kids offers) they are truely engage with making what you want. this is a UALL resort that does not hesisate. they provide high quality food, bevrages and even high quality amusement programs for kids in their specialized kids club. The most interesting part of that is the other guests. you dont see a group of drunk man nearby. they are all just families seeking relax, while they are sure the kids are cared by professional nurses at the kids club. I want to send warm thanks specially to the staff of reception (Unur) and the restaurant (Memlik & Mehmet) who were really assisstive and did their best to make my family enjoy every second of it.

Our recent stay at IC RESIDENCES all-inclusive resort in Lara, Antalya, was fantastic. From the moment we booked, the service was flawless, with pre-arranged VIP transport to and from the airport, complete with a luxurious vehicle and even packed lunches for our return journey. This thoughtful service, combined with seamless check-in and a warm welcome, set the tone for our stay. The resort itself was stunning. Our spacious, modern villa had access to a private pool and was impeccably maintained daily. The staff throughout the resort were 10/10 — always respectful, accommodating, and eager to assist. What truly impressed us was the 24/7 buggy service that made navigating the large resort easy, especially with children. Multiple rides a day were provided quickly and with a smile, making our stay more relaxed. Dining was a delight, with varied options at the buffet and à la carte restaurants offering exceptional Turkish and international cuisine. The staff catered to dietary needs, and service was always attentive. The resort’s facilities, including several pools, a private beach, and a luxurious spa, were all well-maintained. Entertainment was lively and fun, with activities for all ages and evening performances. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. The level of care, attention to detail, and quality of service made our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and couples seeking luxury and ease. The VIP experience is well recommended.

Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe. Entire city is less active in winter not just resorts... as far as we could gather all resorts partially shut down in winter

Staff very rude few got angry for no reason when I was ordering drinks they seem undertaffed at times
