"Deluxe and superior roooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were very nice, the Chef is notable. Excellent bar tenders, well made drinks. Hotel Staff were helpful and professional.
And the hotel was a beautifully restored historic property. For reference: We had 6 rooms, we travel monthly, we've been to Italy many times, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you. Dawn and friends. "
"Lights are automatic and do not turn on when you come in the room. You have to call the front desk then wait. Soap is tiny. Farther than I thought from city center. It cost $50 to take a cab there today. Bed is comfortable.safe in room did not work, did not complain about anything except lights due to short time - 2 nights. Lights were not fixed"

5/5 Excellent
"great place to stay in milan, location was good, close to everything, except for the few homeless sleeping very near the hotel entrance, it was safe. apparently, the staff doesn’t help with luggage, surprisingly for the 4 star hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful otherwise. i would still recommend it highly,"
"This hotel was spotlessly clean, lovely helpful staff, very comfortable rooms and located in an ideal position to walk to all the high spots of Milan. It is located equidistantly between the Duomo in the centre and the Navigli (canal district) where there is a huge number of restaurants. All in all, a great stay."
"Utter perfection. From the welcome, the check-in, the valet parking, the staff, the hotel, the restaurant, the bar, the service, the breakfast, the food. Utterly faultless. Does not get better than this hotel. 😊"
