"The location is perfect. Quick walk to stores and restaurants. A1A is between the beach and house but it’s like you’re right on the beach since there aren’t any houses to block the view. The balcony outside the master bedroom is perfect for ocean and people watching. The house is clean, furnished nicely and stocked with kitchen items and other misc things you might need. Between the location and size of the house, it’s a bargain compared to other places in the same area. Can’t wait to go back."

"The house is beautiful loved the layout of home. The Google hub had some family members uneasy due to they felt they were being listened to. The waterfall that was recently installed is a nice addition. Loved all the trees in yard. Yes there is salt water fishing a few were caught and released. All in all had a wonderful time and Brian is very responsive when had questions which was wonderful. The birthday weekend was relaxing and enough room for all to enjoy."

"We stayed here to host Thanksgiving dinner for my aging parents. The house was very clean and spacious and plenty of room for everyone to stay. All the bedrooms are upstairs so very private. The pool and the pool table were a big hit. We had an issue with an appliance and the on-site property manager attended to it immediately! Overall, great stay"

We did pay to heat the pool and it was perfect. I wanted to see how the pool temperature was before deciding to heat. It wasn’t freezing but the heating made it great. "This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground...
