“We stayed for four nights,and had very good impression. the staff are overall very professional. The only weakness were the staff at the reception who were not very helpful.”

“It was a fine stay. The room was very dated, but the bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good with gluten free options from the kitchen. The fact that such a big property doesn’t have a gym is kind of mind-blowing, and unfortunately the town seemed completely dead even on a Saturday evening. The public areas have all been updated and are really nice which I’m sure looks nice for social media, but I would have preferred that they started the renovations with the rooms. The staff was lovely……

“Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rating a 4 star because there is no elevator, nor a hair dryer in our room. They did offer to take all of our things upstairs for us before we finished checking in. Room was very clean and comfortable, precisely what we were seeking in our price range.”

“A fantastic hotel. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer. The room was very very good. The view of Cashel was amazing. Breakfast was excellent and the staff called us by name after one meeting. We would definitely love to return. And the Guinness in the Guinness Bar was the best!”
