4/5 - Good
We always fly in & out of Shannon because it is easier than Dublin.

Nice room. Front counter service was good. Excellent restaurant too.

clean hotel and courteous staff - good hotel. Only downside was lack of facilities like a gym etc (unless they had one and it wasn't signposted)

Clean room , staff friendly , yummy full irish breakfast however building in itself needs a bit of upkeep ! We understand its a full time job on these beautiful villas , so wish you luck .

The room was spotless and comfortable bed. Lovely and warm for a cold February days. The check in staff lovely and polite as well as check out staff. Also the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. However I found the breakfast staff a bit grumpy and not as friendly.

I asked when the work started and they lied and said "Not till 10am" They were tossing cinder blocks onto the scaffold outside my window at 8:30, long before I wanted to wake up.
There is not a lot of history in Shannon. To see some of that visit Limerick or other towns. Shannon could be a reasonable jumping-off point for other locations. The airport is good and is one reason to stay in Shannon.
Didn’t get to see much as we were only here as a stop before the Airport however the countryside on the way here was beautiful.
Love Bunratty castle, the shopping area, and everyone we met was super friendly!!
Durty Nelly’s bar was fabulous and a great place to see young locals in their element. Live music every night and worldwide tribute to firemen and police adorn the bar’s walls.
