"The room was very clean which made the stay super enjoyable. The staff that helped us check in were super friendly and nice which kicked off our relaxing stay. The breakfast food was prepared to our liking as there was a variety of food we could choose from! And the coffee was delicious!"

"I have stayed here several times and can say the cleanliness all the way to the customer service was top notch. You are only a stranger once. After that, you are family. Cindy, Jim, Bailey, and Melissa care about each person they serve, and Dax (a service dog in training) gives the best greetings when he is there. This will be my go to place when I need to come to Sheboygan."

"There is NOT a hot tub as advertised on the website. The hotel is under renovation, supplies piled in the hallway. The common areas were very dusty, so much that you could write your name in the dust on top of a table next to the elevator. The faux plant was also covered in dust. There was no mention of the hotel being under renovation on the hotel website. This would have been nice to know ahead of time especially for those people who suffer from allergies and respiratory issues."
