"First, this property is not easy to reach. Its over 2 miles up the side of a mountain, often on narrow and steep passes. Well equipped vehicle and steady nerves are a must.One week before we arrived, we were advised the upstairs bathtub was out of order and would not be available during our stay. "The property is awefiully bad, we noticed a pungent smell and dampness as soon as we arrived. On inspection found mold and filth at basement. Notified vrbo and then Carolina Morning, no one responded for 2 days. Carolina property did not call me for help for 2 days and then refused to help.
