“Cost of the stay was on par with the condition of the room. Was a somewhat strong mildew odor. Tolerable but not pleasant. Mattress was hard as steel. Outdated furniture but it served its purpose. Air conditioner struggled to maintain cool room temp but it worked. Had to set thermostat on 65 to maintain about 71-72 degrees. Owner was extremely nice and accommodating. Nighttime was peaceful with nice rocking chairs to sit in just outside the room. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but not likely……

“This property is in a fantastic location! Less than 15 minutes to several different cute mountain towns. The property is nice but the single lane road throughout the property is anxiety inducing and should probably be disclosed in the details. Although set up quite strangely with no sink or counter space in the bathroom, the room was very nice. The ceiling fan was another story. My husband and I agreed that we have never heard a ceiling fan make so many different, strange, loud noises. And there……

“The view was spectacular! Mama Bear and three cubs entertained our last two evenings at the house. It was some getting used to the mountain travel from us "midwest flatlanders" but absolutely everything else was perfect about the stay. Our grandkids spent many hours at the pool table perfecting their game.”
