But it had stormed, so that may have caused the trouble. Keep in mind there are steps to get in the home and 1 bedroom is downstairs, all other beds are upstairs. "I received a confirmation of my reservation. On the day of the start of my stay, I asked for the code to the property. I was told that reservation needed to be cancelled. The owner stated that they had issues with accepting payments and could not accept my reservation. This was the first notice I had received that anything was wrong. It was then that I received notice of my refund. I was very frustrated and had to make last minute arrangements for lodging that evening."
