This is the second time that we have stayed at the Quality Inn in Shepherdstown. It is our go-to hotel when we visit. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are nicely appointed, and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. The showers are very hot and could be better adjusted to body temperature. The breakfast is reasonable as it has ready-made omelets, sausage, waffles, cereal, bread, bagels, coffee, and tea (only Lipton). Check-in and check-out were very easy and the staff is very friendly. Be aware that cleaning service occurs every 3rd day. The surrounding area has a supermarket, fast food, and ice cream. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next time we come to Shepherdstown.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The free breakfast had a nice selection. No pool or fitness room, so don't expect many amenities aside from the free breakfast. We stayed for a weekend trip to the Harper's Ferry area -- river tubing on the Shenandoah and a visit to the National Park. It's a good location for a reasonable price.

We stayed at this hotel while riding the C&O Tow Path. The staff was very supportive of accommodating our bicycles. There was a liced room for them. The included breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was tasty, parking was fine, the room was nice, the staff were super friendly. The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, but also not super dirty (I used to be a housekeeper, it’s just the easy-to-miss, or hard-to-remember areas that most people don’t care about). I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

They had to move me because they put me in a room with a faulty TV. The clerk knew the TV in the first room had a problem the day before. The TV that worked was difficult to tune to a station I wanted to watch.

The room was okay. There were coffee stains on the floor inside the door and bathroom floor was not clean. I was a little concerned when I saw ant traps placed around the room but we did not see any ants. Breakfast was average at best. Coffee was nasty. Waffle was doughy. Bacon was okay. Yogurt was good. The staff did their job but not one of them was particularly friendly.
