“Windom, MN hotel 7 nights, 2 adults. After the first night, there was a noticeable decline in housekeeping. Amenities like shampoo, conditioner, water cups were not replenished during room service. The breakfast attendant was busy socializing with team members in the breakfast area and had to be reminded to refill the breakfast amenities. It was unusual to see the hotel staff occupying tables in the guest dining area. These seating areas should be kept clear for paying customers. Front desk……

“Hotel needs updated, rooms are outdated and there’s no elevator. Couldn’t get bedside lamps to work and bathroom light makes a horrible sound.”

“Place was great for a friend’s getaway for a long weekend. Used the grill several times and the dock to tie up the boat. Had a nice outside area to hang out. Was located close enough to local attractions but far enough away to enjoy the lake and views.”
