Had to find a place for her mom to sit as they were on third floor so she could go back to front desk to get new key cards made. Got back to go into room and it was dirty and smelled really bad so she had to go back down and ask for a new room! My wife said the staff handled it very professionally and got them set up in a new room. After checking in, my wife went to the pool……
