Close to Itasca State Park and the Headwaters of the Mississippi. Bemidji has some very neat events and great restaurants. Gorgeous views and sunsets from the large decks. Great times to be had in the large, open kitchen/great room which has wood burning fireplace with built in tv. Kitchen has gas fireplace, large 6 burner cooktop with griddle, double oven and large pantry with extra dishwasher. Clear, clean lake for swimming, waterskiing/tubing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boating. 73 acres for hiking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, four wheeling and great deer and grouse hunting! For snowmobilers, the area snowmobile trail goes right through our land!. The area four wheeler trail is very close and goes all the way to Itasca Park and the Headwaters of the Mississippi! Great fishing and excellent hunting on the 73 acres that borders 80 acres of state land with a long 3 week season. Property hosts 3 enclosed deer stands, tree stands and lots of trails. Tons to do Indoors too!! Huge game room with pool table, darts, coset full of games and a sauna! There's also a ping pong table, exercise equipment and movie theatre room. Plenty to do rain or shine!!
