"Absolutely incredible stay at this authentic ryokan. The staff could not have been more helpful. They had several lovely onsen - some public and some private, the private ones didn’t need to be booked and we were able to use one without issue. The food was absolutely amazing - we booked half board and for dinner we were taken to our own room and brought an incredible array of Japanese foods and breakfast was a similar affair. "Wonderful first time stay in an authentic ryokan. Exceeded expectations. Decor is lovely. Food is delicious and served by attentive staff. Had a room with private inside and outside baths. Had never heard of a kotatso and it was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Highly recommend."
