"Great except for very stinky hallways!"

"Loved our stay! This was our first time doing a rental and I don't think we'll ever go back to being hotel people. It was so nice for everyone to have their own space, to grab something quick in the morning from the fridge, or keep leftovers from dinner we had our the night before. We loved the dip pool in the back. So nice to just plunge yourself in on the hot afternoons. The kitchen was so we'll stocked with cutlery, dishes, every kitchen utensil you could imagine I found in one drawer. I had to get in touch with David a couple of times and each time he was quick to respond. We even met the house manager on our last day, very nice man. There was also a dedicated parking spot on front, and it was a very quiet neighborhood. I would say the only gripe is, it is very well setback from the main road. I wish there was a back way out of the complex that connected you back to the main road. Not a problem though. If you're thinking about Davids place I would highly recommend. If you're worried about the drive times on google maps between there and Universal or Disney or even all the way out to Kennedy Space Center, don't be. It was incredibly centrally located!"

"We didn’t have breakfast here we cooked instead. However it’s always a pleasure to stay here. My family and I have been going here since I was a child, although it was called something different up until a few years ago it’s always a pleasure. The staff is very friendly and attentive, they always make you feel like you’re at home. We go at least once a year and we will continue to go as long as the service stays the same. ❤️"

"This is a new area located near Disney's Animal Kingdom. The location is excellent, nearby enough that you can see the top of Everest and the fireworks at Epcot from South facing rooms. There is ample parking, several dining options nearby, such as Five Guys, a Japanese restaurant, and a Has House a Go Go. There is a Target, and a Walgreens within walking distance too. The accomodations are not fancy, but rival Disney's low tier properties in price, and come in with better amenities. Note, you need to request housekeeping if you wish to have it done during your stay. Otherwise, this is an excellent place to stay."

"VILLA CLEAN WITH ALL THE FACILITIES AS LISTED. HOT TUB REALLY HOT ONCE WARMED. OVERALL A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. VERY CLOSE TO THE WALMART AND THE 'CAT CAFE' DOWN THE ROAD, (ASSUMING YOU LOVE CATS). DAUGHTER WENT A FEW TIMES.WE HAVE STAYED TWICE IN THE AREA AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. BOOKING PROCESS SIMPLE AND JOANNE THE OWNER WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. "
