“Brand-new and already a favourite. From the super helpful valet to the warm, efficient reception team, we felt looked after from the moment we pulled up. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are genuinely spacious. The area in which the hotel is located feels a bit more upmarket, with quirky new coffee and matcha spots on the doorstep, and the location made getting around Amman a breeze. “Friendly and helpful staff”

“We booked this hotel because of the free breakfast, even though there is no free parking provided. We stayed there three nights and found street parking nearby, not an issue. The free breakfast was basic but good enough, we liked it. The room is a bit old but fine by us, as air conditioning is strong enough to have a good night sleep. The hotel is very close to the city center and a free market, so we can have dinner and bought lots of fruit and cucumber at a bargain price. Overall we like it……

“Nice view from room, services was good but cleanliness of guest room has to be improved. Found coffe left at the teapot without cleaning and dusty. The breakfast was great and food at the Italian restaurant was great!”

“Had a lovely 2 day stay at The Sheraton, lovely clean hotel, great breakfast, comfy bed and a fantastic spa and inside pool. There is an outdoor pool but we didn’t use it. Highly recommend it! Despite the above, the jewel in the crown is the staff, from reception, room cleaning, spa and restaurants they are great but a special mention to the young barman in the Sports Bar - he was great!”

The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. The Italian restaurant called Oliva newly opened nearby is outstanding.”
