“I had a wonderful stay at Tell Madaba Hotel. The location is perfect — close to the city center and within walking distance of Madaba’s main attractions. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

“They literally exploited my situation and forced me to book another room: I booked a suite at this hotel last minute because our 1:00am flight was canceled. We were two adults and 4 little kids (all under 10). When I arrived I was forced to book and pay for another room because they won’t let us stay in one room. They forced us to sleep in two different rooms on separate floors. So they split the family and the room we were given was a smoking room smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep.
