Check-in was fine, someone was at the desk. The pool was out of service (pretty common, I hear). The fire alarm went off at 4:00 a.m. No communication with clients/visitors. Went to check out, no one at office. Called number pasted on the exterior window. No response. Don't even try this place, or you will be disappointed! Truly!

Terrible experience – Refused check-in and kept my money for services never rendered. I booked a stay at Las Palmas Hotel Tucson through Expedia, but when I arrived to check-in, management refused to accept the card I had on file for the incidental deposit—despite it being a valid payment method. Because of this arbitrary policy, I was completely unable to use the room or stay at the property. Manager Daritza assured me she would email Expedia the following morning to waive the cancellation penalties since I was denied entry, but the hotel has completely ghosted Expedia's multiple attempts to resolve this. Keeping a customer's money when they were blocked from checking in is unacceptable and feels like a total scam. I have been a loyal traveler for over 20 years, and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company and filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this property!
