We invite you to stay in our spacious 1,290 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium at The Anchorage Yacht and Tennis Club which is ideally situated across the street from the #1 rated Siesta Key Crescent Beach. The Anchorage Yacht and Tennis Club offers all the amenities of a resort and all the comforts of a private residential condominium/community in one convenient location.
Absolutely gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balconies are just one of the many features ...you will enjoy staying in this vacation home. Sitting in the living areas of this home you are overlooking the sights of Siesta Key. The openness of the floor plan allows for entertaining, family dinners and a sense of togetherness. The sliding gass doors open to create an indoor/outdoor living space where you can relax with picturesque views of the Intercoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen connected to the living space. Complementary Wi-Fi is provided in the condo and through out The Anchorage complex.
This condo has been recently renovated / decorated and comfortably sleeps 6\. The master bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and its own dressing area and bathroom while the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds with a connecting bathroom and 2 closets. This unit is equipped with 55" flat screen ROKU TVs and private balconies in each room, cozy fireplace, and your own bar. We have available for you all the items needed such as beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach cart.
The Anchorage is a gated community with private parking, gulf views, elevators, laundry room in every floor, private beach access, tennis and pickleball courts, heated Olympic size pool, fishing area with fish cleaning station, 2 gas grills, 1 charcoal grill, picnic tables, 300' of dock included with your stay so you can bring your boat, waverunner, or jet ski and if you don't own one don't worry, you can rent one at the Siesta Key Marina which is located directly across the street.
This condo is located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. (Literally across the street from Captain Curt's, Spearfish Grill, The Boat Yard Bar & Grill, Daiquiri Deck, Crescent Beach Market, CB's Salt Water Outfitters, and Siesta Kation Fishing Charters just to mention a few) Also a free trolley stop is located just outside the gate so you can go anywhere on the island without worrying about driving or parking availability."

#### Noisy location
The apartment looks like the pictures, however, there was a strong odor of mold throughout the condo. The location was not the greatest, it is located right next to the Stinkey Point bridge which is very loud with cars racing up and back at all hours of the day and night, trucks traveling on and off the island. Its difficult to leave the property by car, as its the first property next to the bridge and traffic is always backed up there, so that was not easy-in fact it was dangerous at times. They were also doin construction on the bridge at night, so there was noise from that. The hallway on the floor was dingy looking and in desperate need of new carpet and new paint. The property itself was clean.
