We go on few vacations. We rented two condos in Bay Oaks. One was beautifully decorated, clean and fully stocked with pool and beach essentials. This condo was in terrible condition. There was an actual hole in the ceiling of the bathroom where you could see pipes. Cabinet doors in kitchen loose. This condo smelled bad. It was apparent that it has not been updated since the 70’s. Needs updated keyless entry instead of carrying a key around to lock/unlock doors. beach gear needs replacing. Found one umbrella that worked once we played around with the already half broken fishline tying a piece together in the center to make it go up. No auger so borrowed from someone on the beach. bike in closet had two flat tires, and chain needs to be worked on. The only issue we had is there is not a beach access point for half mile down the road and there no bathrooms at that access point.
