This beach front condo is the perfect spot to enjoy America's #1 Beach, Siesta Key! Beautifully updated and remodeled with high end finishes though out, you are certain to enjoy all the Siesta Key lifestyle has to offer. This condo can comfortably sleep six, with a queen in the master, two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Beautiful views of the white sand beaches of Siesta Key from nearly every room will greet you each morning! WIFI with a protected password is included for our guests.

Located in the Casa Mar Community you will find lots of wonderful amenities! There are two heated swimming pools, shuffleboard, tennis courts and several bbq's and covered parking. Casa Mar offers it's guests a private beach (right out your front door) , two covered beach pavilions and beach chairs and a beach shower!

We traditionally book on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) or monthly basis. Rental periods outside of either of these are possible with 3 day rentals considered within 14 days of booking. Please contact us with information regarding custom rental periods.

We require a 50% reservation deposit upon rental booking. There is also a cleaning fee of $100.00 for all stays and a $59.00 damage policy requirement.

The view of the beach!

The view of the beach was amazing. The condo was very neat and clean. Debra was excellent to communicate with during booking and when we arrived. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends to stay. Siesta Key is beautiful!

We try to stay here every spring break! We love the oceanfront view, the private beach, the cleanliness and just everything about this place. The owner is easy to communicate with as well!

The best week

Spring Break trip with family-start to finish- was amazing. Communication with owner was top notch. House had everything we needed and the million dollar view was amazing. Sure wish there was a deck but the condo is awesome nonetheless. Washer/dryer made the stay even better-so easy and right in the unit. Plenty of sand and ocean toys and towels. We will be back!

This location at Siesta Key is wonderful and quiet! Overlooking the beach directly was the best part! Only recommendations are to upgrade the seating. Couch and chairs are not very comfortable. Owner was very responsive when questions arised! Highly recommend this rental!!

Super helpful host

We ended up needing to unexpectedly cancel our reservation, but the host was very kind and helpful in finding a solution. Quick, great communication. We have stayed many many times at this beach, it’s beautiful! We hope to stay in this beachfront unit, being just steps to the sand is so nice.

Your right on the beach. Grocery store, food joints, and ice cream just a few miles away. Great location!!!! Property was very clean!!! And you can rent cabana’s and lawn chairs from next door!!!

This location is absolutely amazing and they've done such a good job with furnishing it. It even has a memory foam mattress on a platform that raises up and down, as well as le creuset kitchen accessories/pans. We cannot wait to come back soon!

A beautiful place, clean and well stocked with towels, dishes and blankets. Directly on the beach with access to two nice pools. Not within walking distance of shops or restaurants if you don’t want to walk a distance but a public transportation stop at the end of the driveway. DoorDash with lots of options was a great service. Would definitely stay again!!

Amazing stay

We had an awesome time at the condo. It is literally steps from the beach and the owner keeps it in spotless condition. There were also plenty of beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Hurricane Idalia hit in the middle of our stay, and Debra was extremely accommodating with options. We ended up staying and had minimal impact. Highly recommend this for those who love going to Siesta Key beach.

Right on the beach

We had an amazing 5 weeks right on the beach. The view looking out over the beach was the best way to start every day. Everything you needed was there. Nicely decorated with high end appliances, beach towels, umbrella, chairs and beach toys. The second bedroom was perfect for our 6 and 9 year old grandsons. Deb was very responsive with questions, and we look forward to staying there again.

Loved this vacation property!

Deb’s place is wonderful. We enjoyed our time there. Lots of comforts and special features are added to this home. The décor is peaceful and relaxing. The furniture and beds were comfortable. This home was clean and as I told Deb, it’s the first time in our last 10 VRBO rentals where I didn’t have to clean upon arrival—that is a significant plus! The location of the property and communication with the owner is great. The amenities on Siesta Key are plentiful. We ate at several great restaurants. We’ve already booked a return trip.

Look no further

There’s truly no better view especially at sunset! On top of the unbeatable view, the condo is perfect for a small family. Deb had everything stocked with kind friendly toys. Beach toys, floaties, books, hot wheels cars, etc. It was extremely clean and exactly like the photos. I hope we get the pleasure to stay here again in the future!!! Thank you, Deb!!

Best Condo Stay

This condo was facing the Siesta Key beach and about one mile south of the public beach. The condo itself is very clean and well appointed with everything you can think of! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys. Just bring your suitcase and stop at the grocery and you will be set for a wonderful time. The only drawback is that it is on the second floor (which was stated in the description).

Two Weeks of Heaven

We loved staying in this wonderful condo. The owner was so easy to work with and responded immediately to questions. The view is out of this world. We are going to try and stay here again we loved it so much. The condo has everything you need....loved that I didn't need to bring a beach towel...Condo provides them. Also, chairs and tons of kid's toys if needed. Thanks for a relaxing and great two weeks.

We had a great stay at Casa Mar.Ms Debra was responsive on any questions or needs I had. Had every pot pan cup plate utensil u need. 2 clean pools. 4 Grills. Super easy access to beach. Just steps away and you’re in the sand. Wouldn’t change a thing about this place.5 stars out of 5 stars. I read review after review picking our vaca spot and this one lived up to the hype. Def Recommend to anyone and everyone
