"Clean comfortable room. Very good breakfast with friendly helpful dining staff.One complaint- the landscaping crews equipment was very loud. Wonderful sitting area outside but the noise forced us back inside to the very comfortable lobby. Overall very pleasant stay!"

"The house was exactly as advertised absolutely beautiful home!! The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a full blown meal. The back patio is where we spent most of our time. We had 10 adults and had plenty of room. All the sleeping arrangements were nice. There were plenty of things to do. We had planned to rent a boat but it was very windy and the water was quite choppy so we had to skip that. We did go into Eatonton and to Greensboro both only 20 minutes away. There are plenty of places to eat and there is a Publix supermarket 5 minutes from the house. So all in all we had a fantastic time and we all would definitely recommend this beautiful house. Thanks to Lana and Steve they were very easy to communicate with!"

"From the initial booking until our checkout, this was a wonderful stay! Paul was extraordinarily responsive both with email and text. The house was beautiful, spacious and perfect for a weekend away with 5 couples. The view of the lake was fantastic and the house was well stocked with all the basics. It was the perfect setting to relax with friends and I cannot recommend this listing enough! "

"I purchased for my daughter’s wedding night. They could not have been more accommodating. Allowing to check in early and get the key prior to the wedding and had a beautiful complementary set up upon their arrival. As always, the Ritz Carlton is 2nd to none! "

"The property and amenities are very nice. We especially enjoyed the outdoor covered patio area pool area. It was annoying to have to request everyday to turn the hot tub on and the jets never worked only the heated water. On our last day the host was unable to turn the hot tub heater on. Other than that the space and house was great. Everything a family needs is there. We got great use out of the paddle boards and kayak. Would return again"
