“Check-in and out was very awkward- had to pick up and drop off key at a convenience store about 1/2 mile away. Master bathroom shower doors door leaked profusely- had to use all the towels to mop up floor. Corporate manager not real responsive. On plus side, it was very clean and view was good. However, not many eating places or other conveniences nearby.”

“This is a stunning apartment in a great location. I loved watching the ferries come and go! The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was FABULOUS. High marks for communication from the owner: it was impeccable. The process for getting the key and finding the (included free!) parking spot was complicated, but the directions were crystal clear and spot on. I really appreciated that. The only (minor) thing I would point out is the listing says this apt has “1” bathrooms,……

“This condo was great and we loved our stay in Auckland. The king bed was very comfortable and there was a small kitchen that was well stocked. Hannah was very responsive to our needs. The location was perfect and within an easy walk to the city center and the waterfront ferries. Highly recommend!”

“A little apartment with basic utilities but it’s enough for a solo traveller. Easy walk to the ferry terminal and city central. Have a few restaurants nearby and i would recommend the Japanese Ramen restaurant they are run by japanese so you can hv the most original taste. The thing i dont like the most its pretty noisy at night from the traffic. The sound insulation of the building is bad i couldn't sleep well.”
