“The apartment is very clean and in a great and safe location. Everything you would need in a home away from home was provided, and instructions were very clear. It was easy to walk to the CBD. There are lots of restaurants in the area too. The host was very responsive too. Only cons are 1) The lack of air conditioning. It made for uncomfortable nights. Of the two fans provided, one was very noisy, and the other one designed to help with airflow didn’t seem to do much. 2) The washer and dryer……

“Super clean, spacious and nice. Two things you should know if you want to book. 1 there is no staff. Getting the keys is a lock box to lock box process. Not overly complicated but make sure you get all the instructions. Because there is a code to open the door and then another code to actually get the key and then there’s the key and then putting the key back and all that is kind of a thing. But I will say that because I didn’t know all this ahead of time we had to make a phone call to them to……

“This is a stunning apartment in a great location. I loved watching the ferries come and go! The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was FABULOUS. High marks for communication from the owner: it was impeccable. The process for getting the key and finding the (included free!) parking spot was complicated, but the directions were crystal clear and spot on. I really appreciated that. The only (minor) thing I would point out is the listing says this apt has “1” bathrooms,……

“A little apartment with basic utilities but it’s enough for a solo traveller. Easy walk to the ferry terminal and city central. Have a few restaurants nearby and i would recommend the Japanese Ramen restaurant they are run by japanese so you can hv the most original taste. The thing i dont like the most its pretty noisy at night from the traffic. The sound insulation of the building is bad i couldn't sleep well.”
