"Didn’t eat the breakfast, it’s over priced and we spent much less down the street. There were homeless sleeping right outside the property. We gave the front desk our number to call or text when our room was ready but they never notified us. We waited 4 hours before going up and checking again and the room was ready. Useless to take our number but not contact us. The room was good and clean. They have water in the room which was really helpful. The location was perfect, walking distance to lumen field, pike place market, the space needle and restaurants."

"The room was really spacious and it was very clean and the reception was very helpful. Bathroom was nice but a bit small and the amenities didn’t really know what they had/didn’t use them. Would stay again, it’s in a great location."

"Staff was friendly and even got me checked in before 4pm. Breakfast was included with many hot choices of food. This place was within walking distance of Pike’s marketplace. The bar was lively and comfortable with couches everywhere. I would stay again and recommend. I walked right off the light rail(underground) and practically in the building once I got up the escalators."
