No ski-out but somewhat a ski-in. Lifts are 3 stops. The rooms are clean and cosy, though not that big. The building is somehow noisy as the upper floor neighbours could be heard walking. "Amazing hotel, extremely freindly staff from moment we arrived till we left. The breakfast was great, bar and cocktails great. The wine tasting evening was a surprise but really great value and high quantity food. The pool and spa with fitness was nice, only wish the pool was a little warmer. Other than that it’s a great hotel and the restaurant across the road with traditional Austrian food was also amazing and part of the hotel too. So if stating do try it out"
