This hotel has an international clientele. People from all nationalities and ages enjoy the relaxed and friendly vibe in a stunning location. The food quality is good, varied and well presented. Wine, bottled beer and coffee are all recommended. We’d like to thank the Management and all of the staff who work hard to upkeep this vast establishment behind the scenes and front of house, and always with a smile. We’ll be back very soon.

The resort itself is lovely, though it could use a few extra touches like robes and slippers. The staff were friendly overall, but communication before arrival was disappointing. I had reached out in advance to organise something and never received a reply, even though the team later confirmed they had seen my message. It’s also worth noting that for stays shorter than a week, the à la carte dining options aren’t available. While this may be common for all-inclusive resorts, it wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time. On a positive note, the assistant manager, Ahmed, was extremely helpful and made a real effort to accommodate us during our stay. Overall, it’s a good resort and we had an enjoyable experience, but better pre-arrival communication would have made a big difference so do consider that if you have any special requests ahead of your visit.

This is a very nice resort right on a beautiful beach in Hurghada. The food was good, nothing expectacular, but good. The alcohol is quite basic, limited to one brand of red wine, one for white wine and one for beer. I don't drink cocktails, but people seem to like them.
