“Great facility, beach and staff. Highly recommend”

“We stayed five nights at this resort. The grounds are very nice and well maintained, and the beach and outdoor areas are attractive. Unfortunately the rest of the experience did not live up to the five-star standard advertised. The rooms appear to be finished with fairly low-quality materials – our first room had cracked tiles, scuffed furniture, and poorly finished bathroom surfaces. Parts of the resort are extremely loud and we had to move rooms after the first night due to excessive music……

“STAY AWAY! Full of loud obnoxious Russians. If you’re British / European then honestly stay away. The hotel is okay but food is very same same. Sitting by the pool you get young Russian girls coming up every 10 mins asking to join a ‘pool party’ and they don’t take no for an answer. After a round of asking everyone individually they then proceed to shout around the pool. Honestly I get the impression they want this to become a Russian resort so please let the Russians have it. You’ll will never……

“Checkin was disappointing , not accommodating at all and cranky every time we had to deal with the front desk. It would not hurt to smile at the guests. We have been here 3 other times and seems to be getting worse. Very disappointed. ”

“是在埃及期间住到的最满意的酒店 房间很大 阳台很舒服 浴室都隔成三个隔间 洗漱用品也非常齐全 最关键的是酒店有好多游泳池 自己就有海滩 不出酒店就能直接浮潜 潜水 环境也特别好 适合全家一起旅游！就是离市场稍微有点远 但是离机场近！总之 再去沙姆沙伊赫 还是会选择这家酒店 性价比超高！”

“Service very bad nobody answered for room seri even the reception nobody answer, there’s no much activity, and when you need something you should go reception and you should asked more than 3 times, the food bad the same food every day.”

“Hotellet ligger ikke langt fra flyplassen, med halvferdige hotellruiner som nærmeste naboer. Ikke noe innbytende atmosfære. Det er et stykke å gå til stranden. Kvaliteten på maten er lav. Servicen ellers er ok. Drosjen til flyplassen er veldig dyrt.”

“Not what we expected from photos and the price we paid. Hotel address on expedia not correct and the driver had to circle around for half an hour. The check in process was not smooth. we had to leave our luggage outside with the bell boy as were told to collect after check in. Reception was not courteous. I suspect they gave us lower quality rooms and when asked to show the premium sea front rooms which we paid for, they couldn’t comply. We were given only one key card for each room as they……
