“Her şey çok temiz ve çok düzenliydi. Bütün çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Havuzları sıcak ve temizdi. Aqua büyük ve eğlenceli çocuklar için de düşünülmüş Aqua mevcut”

“Struttura in fase di ristrutturazione. La gentilezza, la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale hanno però fatto dimenticare alcune pecche relative alla datazione della struttura. Cibo ottimo. Altamente consigliato l’upgrade “Royal club”. 10 € a persona al giorno (minori di 12 anni gratis) per mangiare nel ristorante sulla spiaggia, più tranquillo e con cibo di maggiore qualità. Spiaggia molto bella, laguna abbastanza ricca di pesci, ma svariate possibilità di accedere al reef tramite……

“We had an amazing stay at Laguna Vista! The staff were friendly and welcoming, checking in and out was an easy process, and our room was clean. The pools were fantastic. clean, staffed with lifeguards, and family friendly. We enjoyed the food and activities and highly recommend the spa and salon! Everything was wonderful!”

“Staff are lovely and helpful. Alcohol is pretty watered down but you can buy alcohol from the lobby if you want better option, or you can go to the shopping plaza across the street to buy it as well. Food is good, selection is limited but it is good. Lots of kids but not overwhelming. Room was clean. Wifi across the resort but sometimes it is slow. Bought an eSIM and it kicked in whenever there was a struggle with wifi being slow. ”

“I stayed at Cleopatra Adult only resort for five nights . Room: My room on arrival was dirty and had mould all over the bathroom. It looked unwashed and unkept. I was disgusted. The toilet was also unwashed and had dirt black stain inside the WC. I had to use the restaurant toilet. I requested for a room change. I was taken to a room on the 6th block which smelled like a pit latrine. The next day I was given another room which still had mould but was not as much as the other. The bathroom walls……

“Me encanto el hotel de forma general, la piscina, la comida, su hermosa vista desde las ventanas. Quizás lo único sería el aire acondicionado de la habitación que no enfriaba, sin embargo no fuimos en temporada de calor así que eso no nos afectó.”
