“The resort was beautiful and well kept with lovely landscaping and modern buildings. The food was delicious in the main restaurant, so much do that we didn’t bother eating anywhere else. There was plenty of variety and they made it a point to change things up every night so it stayed interesting and appealing. The pools and amenities were wonderful and the start was excellent. “in fact, it was a wonderful vacation, the hotel was very nice and most of the staff were helpfully and funny, the pools were clean and the aqua was wonderful. the food was good and tasty and variety, many thanks to Mr. Mohamed in the reception, the beach was amazing. the only bad point that the animation team don't have any activities ”

“I was very happy with the balcony. The cleanliness overall. The staff are all very sad looking and this made it hard to approach them.. When I asked them why they are so sad id often get told they are tired and have worked more than 12 hours. Barely any smiles. They are exhausted ”
