“Everything was great”

“Overall, we had a nice stay. The room and the bathroom were huge and were cleaned regularly. The AC however, didn't work very well, especially during nighttime (our friends who were staying on the same floor, but in a different unit had the same issue). We could not get the temperature below +22 C on some of the nights, so getting good sleep was not always easy. “Struttura in fase di ristrutturazione. La gentilezza, la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale hanno però fatto dimenticare alcune pecche relative alla datazione della struttura. Cibo ottimo. Altamente consigliato l’upgrade “Royal club”. 10 € a persona al giorno (minori di 12 anni gratis) per mangiare nel ristorante sulla spiaggia, più tranquillo e con cibo di maggiore qualità. “The hotel itself is stunning and very picturesque. The property is beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels luxurious. The hotel is also very clean, and the staff are polite and welcoming. However, the vegetarian options are extremely limited. The only choices available were grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, and rice. There was a pasta station, but for an all-inclusive resort, you would expect a much wider variety of vegetarian dishes. “I stayed at Cleopatra Adult only resort for five nights . Room: My room on arrival was dirty and had mould all over the bathroom. It looked unwashed and unkept. I was disgusted. The toilet was also unwashed and had dirt black stain inside the WC. I had to use the restaurant toilet. I requested for a room change. I was taken to a room on the 6th block which smelled like a pit latrine. The next day I was given another room which still had mould but was not as much as the other. The bathroom walls……
