“We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away.”

“We had a nice, relaxing time during our stay. Jim was very attentive and we enjoyed chatting with him and his wife. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Very peaceful setting. The pond is accessible via a short trail walk from the cabin and has a pretty steep hill to climb once you get there. Bring your boots, the trail is very muddy when it rains.”
