If you have young kids or if you’re interested in music at the pool this resort is NOT for you 2. If you don’t like bartenders yelling at your young kids because they are having fun in the shallow end of the pool this resort is NOT for you 3. “Check in took extremely long time. We arrived there right at their check in open time, service desk person took forever (over 45min) to get our room keys, even though this was past check in time and there were no one in line in front of us. We were hungry after a long flight and had to go to eat since a person to show us where the building was not coming for over 30min. Terrible check in experience. Then even worse thing happened, we left to go to st. Bartz for a few days and came back late……
