The only problem was American visitors who were not following the rules at the pool. They were aggressive, rude and used very foul language with me when I politely asked them to turn off their boom box, stop throwing things around and respect other people at the pool. I got absolutely no support from the bartender when Americans wouldn’t stop what they were doing. She was condescending and joined the Americans in shouting abuse at me. When I called security I got a very annoyed guard who was impatient and obviously sided with the Americans. I have complained to the resort requesting a response but have heard absolutely nothing. For the rest of my time there I kept running into the Americans which kind of ruined my holiday.

I a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
