Our stay was very nice and the owner was incredibly friendly. We did have an issue with the room key card twice which was handled quickly. I would like to suggest that the billing be handled differently so the name of the hotel is what you see on your credit card bill instead of a store name. Spent ...

Simple, comfortable accommodations
Josane is a wonderful host. Truly embodying the spirit of St Maarten as the "Friendly Island." The apartment is simple, but great for resting. AC in bedroom is ice cold. Neighborhood is not great to walk in, but if you have a vehicle, you should be able to get around easily.

Jodian, was great love her work ethics. always welcoming, positive attitude, VERY HELPFUL!! Also at the hotel the security needs to be more enforce in terms of guests parking when the big tent has activities parking was hard to fine for hotel

Ive done a lot of business in Cole Bay over the last year, but it's not what i would consider a vacatuon destination. If.you have business in the area, I highly recommend Carl's, as it is centrally located to most businesses.
