“Staff did not care about leakage in bathroom, did not follow up on AC not working, indifferent to not having hot water. Coffee machine was not working, light fixtures switches were not working, had to unplug before leaving for the day. Room was not cleaned for three days, no fresh towels. Property, like halls and stairs were dirty and the jacuzzi was full of dust on the bottom. Not worth the $737.00 charged ”

“Exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a very convenient location, beautiful property. The staff is amazing, very helpful and even surprised us with room upgrade. The rooms are very clean and had everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for more.”

“Everyone was nice. Loved our stay. The oceanview 2 bedroom 2 bath accommodation we had for a family of 4 was great. The ocean view in the living room and the balcony were really beautiful. Although weather was windy and the beach water is a bit cold when you first go in, the water is so calm and clear, no waves as they are coves. The pool is heated. Excellent place to stay near the airport. It has a lot of restaurants around but we had breakfasts in the Cabana Bar and Grill twice. ”
