Perfect weekend!

This house was perfect for the 6 of us. It was very clean and so much room! We could have easily had 10 people stay. The host was very easy to get a hold of and very professional! We will definitely plan a trip there again!

Baby Shower road trip

Stayed at the property for a baby shower in town. 6 of us. Myself my sister my DIL and 3 granddaughters. It was perfect. Comfortable clean. Everything we needed to cook. Would stay again.

Project in SIoux Falls

Four of my employees stayed at this property while in Sioux Falls working on a project. The host was always accessible, and the check in process was easy. My employees stated the house was clean and comfortable and enjoyed their stay. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Great location and close to various events

Great, safe location. Clean and great house layout. We arrived from 3 different states and had a comfortable stay. Made great use of the kitchen preparing for graduation celebrations. Owner was quick responding to ay and all questions.

Home away from home

We were in town to celebrate our son's wedding. Our whole family was able to stay here and use it as our home base. Very convenient location! Lots of room for everyone to spreads out and have their own space. It was especially helpful to have a high chair and pack and play for our 8 month old grandson. Hostess is very responsive. Thanks for an awesome weekend!

Great Stay!

We were in Sioux Falls for a family wedding. This house was perfect! 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so there was no waiting to get ready for the wedding. The hosts were also kind enough to have a high chair and a pack n play for the little ones. Was so nice not to have to bring that with us. It was an easy check in and host was quick to respond. Great stay!

Neighborhood Split level

The home was clean and had Christmas decorations throughout. It had 2 living room locations which worked great for the older and younger groups of our family to enjoy time together. The owner was pleasant and easy to work with. Check in was simple with an access code. The home is near lots of shopping and restaurants on the East side of town. This was good place to stay!

Had everything we needed

We had trouble with the lock as we followed instructions a bit too closely and the lock reset. One phone call and a few minutes later a very kind gentleman came and reset it for us. It was a bit uncoordinated having 4 people trying to get shoes off in the tiny entrance without stepping on carpet or rolling down the stairs but we did it.

Property review

The accomodations were very nice and as expected per the description. My only feedback for improvement would be to list all of the rules that the host has in the property description so guests know what to expect prior to booking and arrival. The cleaning rules prior to checkout were unexpected and unrealistic. I have respect for properties we stay in and keep them in good order and don't leave messes, but the hosts expectations were unrealistic. Also, we had hoped to have a few family members stop by for a visit for an hour or two in the middle of the day but it was against the rules. If the rules would have been listed up front in the property description, we would have booked elsewhere without the restrictions. Other than that, the property was comfortable and worked for our stay.

Wonderful property! The house was beautiful and the owner was incredibly easy to work with. The house is located in a great area close to shopping and restaurants! The property was very accommodating to 5 adults and 4 kids. I highly recommend this for your next stay in Sioux Falls!
