We loved our stay in The Chalet! The staff was amazing!!! Very helpful! The location is superb, just on the outskirts of Sister Bay. Breakfast every morning just a step outside The Chalet. Most comfortable beds ever!! The Chalet was super spacious, perfect for our family!

The hotel room was clean but had a musty odor. The decor was outdated and really needed to be refreshed. My stay was fine but could have been better.

Overall it was very nice. There was a little leak of some kind the in bathroom - maybe from the tub to the floor? But it was no big deal. Breakfast was good and the staff gave us good ideas for places to go and places to eat. We like it pretty well.
