GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: \- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. \- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. \- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. Tons of space with large rooms and a well-stocked kitchen. The bathrooms were stocked with commonly forgotten essentials, which was wonderful! Walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. The management team had great communication and checked in to make sure all needs were met. Highly recommend this place! Side notes: we did not initially realize this place was connected to other units, so we could hear the neighbors a bit, but this was not bothersome to us. If you have small kids, I recommend bringing a baby gate to block off the stairs. Lastly, going up the stairs is the only way in, and may be challenging for those with mobility issues. ##### Megan B.
