"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

The extra unique is (Giusy) the place manager , this nice lady made our stay more than amazing . She is always close and answering our inquires all the times. She surprised us with amazing treats , that I can't till , to keep the suspense and have the treat when you come . "We were very happy with our stay in navagili - would totaly recommend! the room was very big and near to the shopping streets. "

"It was very difficult to check in as staff was not present and the phone was not answered and there was no exterior signage. The rooms were new and nicely appointed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We needed to ask for a hair dryer and an iron as they were not in the room. "

"Parking on the street and I was lucky to find an open space. Thought it was a hotel when booked but it’s more like a type of AirB&B apartment. Very inconvenient to get in and out with multiple keys and locks. There was a lady yelling in the early morning, could not understanding Italian so have no clue. Would not recommend it unless you have no place else to stay!"
