"when we checked in, the staff told us that since we booked “economy” class, my room was in another commercial building, not in the hotel. This made me felt we were much inferior- actually I paid €216 for this 3-person room for a night. When I booked online, I didn’t see anywhere that this was a sub-class room!!!!
