"Súper bien"

"Old smelly damaged room. Worst hotel in Malmo, we had to buy soap to avoid the bad smelly soap of the place. The floor was damaged so as the walls and the furniture. The sheets were dirty and loaded with nasty different kinds of hair. We really felt disgusted to sleep in that filthy bed, we were tired and did not want to ask for a refund and change to another hotel. "Henry" the guy at the reception desk was really rude and unpolite, he said we didn't reserve any attention literally and as I said it was late and we were very tired I didn't want to have a discussion. Last time I book in this hotels chain, worst stay ever."

"El hotel esta muy bien y la zona hermosa. Lo negativo es que estacioné debajo del hotel , donde interprete que era parte del.mismo. Cuando me fui pague el estacionamiento, pero de todas maneras me hicieron una multa por no haber pagado previamente , nadie me lo aclaro y cuando le reclame al hotel me respondieron que la propiedad no era de ellos y que lo sentian mucho. Interprete que como la mayoria de los parking,/ hoteles cuando nos retiramos te calcula la estadia .Nadie me lo advirtió. "
