“The lady who runs the hotel is great and can't be more helpfull. I stayed in a single room which was compact but enough for one person and it had a 3/4 bed which was nice.
For a clean, comfortable ensuite room within walking distance on the town the hotel is amazing value.
Breakfast was extra but well worth the additional £8”
“A grand hotel from time gone by needs a bit of love and money spent but for a base its great with very comfortable beds and delicious buffet breakfast in an ideal spot close to Skegness centre”
“The Chadwick is in a great location and is nice, kitchen is not very well equiped there are lots of empty cupboards. There was tea and coffee but sugar had ran out. On arrival we opened all windows as the place had been heavily sprayed with air freshener which i cant stand and luckily none of us have asthma”

The floor was very dirty and……
“The owner was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There was a good choice of food for the continental breakfast. The hotel is ideally positioned and you reach the seafront after a five minute walk.”
