Skokie Vacation Packages
Skokie is within easy reach of a diverse collection of Chicago’s more popular attractions. Two of the most interesting places to explore are the fabulous Illinois Science and Technology Park and the incredible Emily Oaks Nature Center. If time permits, be sure to also visit the Skokie Theatre and the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts.
Chicago’s central area is also full of fascinating sights, like Willis Tower and McCormick Place. Millennium Park and Hancock Tower are two more local attractions worth visiting if you’re keen to truly scratch the surface of this amazing city.
Be sure to visit some of the nearby museums and galleries, which help make this region the special place it is. In particular, you should make sure you check out the Mitchell Museum of the American Indian in Evanston and the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center.
If you have a passion for sports, you might enjoy seeing local heroes, the Northwestern Wildcats football, doing battle at Ryan Field, Evanston. On game days the stadium is filled with purple and white, as crowds flock together to cheer on their home-grown heroes.
After spending the day enjoying Skokie, stay the night at one of the area’s hotels or serviced apartments. Take your pick from the DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago - North Shore Conference Center, the Best Western University Plaza, Evanston, or the Hilton Orrington / Evanston.
