I took a mini break with my kids to visit Legoland. First impression when we entered the hotel was the lovely flowery scent that filled the reception. The check in process went smoothly, with a friendly receptionist with a nice smile and polite conversation. Our room was nice and clean, although the toilet had poo stains inside. A bit troubling. The double beds were comfy with loads of pillows, towels and free shampoo goodies and a mini fridge! The bin had no bin bag, lucky I brought my own. The only downside was a weird washing machine sound in the night and drilling sound in the day, that made me put my ear plugs in. Breakfast was delicious with a big variety and an outdoor play area for kids. I do wish they had a hot chocolate machine. Breakfast cost was good value for money, as kids eat free! There was a mention of a gym that we never used. A big hotel with two eating areas, one for breakfast and one for dinner. They even have tempting snack shop with expensive goodies. Only feedback would be to install a soft play area and gaming area for kids to keep parents relaxed in the lounge. Overall happy stay and we will visit again soon and try riding on the bus next time. Thank you Delta Heathrow branch :-).

The property was conveniently located for our planned activities in Windsor. The room size was adequate for two adults and an adult child. Breakfast was an additional cost but was substantial and varied in choice. Parking was an additional cost but there was a daily rate that allowed for in and out. The beds were comfortable but we found the room to be quite warm, even after turning down the heat.

We stayed at this hotel for our entire trip , paid over $3000 in CAD and so disappointed , I informed the front desk staff on 5 different occasions about the AC not working in our room , which wouldnt have mattered if we could of opened the window more then 3 inches , but our room was like a sauna , no one could sleep and with kids it didnt make for a great following day, when i told the staff they always said someone would come to fix but yet nothing was done, we had 2 , 12 year old girls and I wasnt offered the 1/2 breakfast and was told it was because they didnt "look" 12 , when i had their passports to prove their ages , and that shouldnt matter , I wa told i was being refunded the money back after I spoke with the gentleman running the breakfast but I didnt see any money come back.
