Please know that Dawn was so helpful to me as the hotel across the street wasn’t ideal for our stay. So many things wrong! I placed my reservation and called. Dawn kept me confident that this hotel would be great! It exceeded our expectation. Clean, friendly staff, rooms nice and exactly what we needed. Thank you to Dawn and the trainee Solo for making me feel comfortable to trust this would be a good fit. She is incredibly welcoming and helpful. She is training someone who is very nice and smiles and willing to learn. If she trains him like her work ethic - how wonderful that will be! He will be set up for success. Thank you!!"
