Hot tub was down. We booked two rooms.
Room #1- cracks in walls, in shower and along the window. No extra sheets for the pull out bed so had to go down and get some. Phone didn’t work to call down and when you call the hotel ph# no one answers. Room was way too warm yet the AC was but only pointing direct at said bed and it was flowing through the whole room. Bed was way too close to the AC unit which is why nothing was circulating throughout the room.
Room#2- a little nicer suite and better spaced out. Only issue was that the tv and phone didn’t work. Again had to go all the way down just to get someone to help.
Anything that required to be plugged in; clock & lamps. Also, picture of rooms did not display a complete true room design.
Overall, staff were very nice and kind and my kiddos loved the breakfast.
