  • This North Topsail Beach cottage boasts 3 inviting bedrooms - 2 king beds and 1 bunk room, 1 master bath with separate vanity in master bedroom, shared full bathroom by other king bedroom and bunk room, and one half bath off of the den and kitchen. There is a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, new 65 inch smart tv in den, smart tvs in each King bedroom, WIFI, All linens included as well as shampoo and soap. We also provide plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, bikes, kayaks, paddleboard, and canoe which you can launch right off of your private dock. If you own your own boat you may also dock it during your stay. You may also use all neighborhood amenities which include a tennis court, and an oceanfront clubhouse/beach access with pool, bathrooms and showers. Off of the back decks you can enjoy incredible sunsets and view tons of wildlife.
