Södermalm Residences

Best hotel of any I have stayed in in last three years. Cleanliness is impeccable and room las large with clean carpeting. Centrally located and near the Silja ferry dock. I was asked if I would be having breakfast in the morning I said I had an early flight and they said they would pack me something to take and the next morning they remembered! Never had such excellent service.

The highlight of Hotel Frantz is….everything. Conveniently located near public transportation that can get you to and from ARN airport in 30 Minutes. Walkable to the royal palace, and other great attractions. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area, but the Hotels restaurant is suburb. The food is fresh and flavorful. The staff is inviting, and attentive. The hotels decor blends luxury and royalty effortlessly. There’s no place better to stay in Sweden, unless you’re staying at the...

Excellent stay in Stockholm, right in Old Town ( Gamla Stan). We had a large room , very comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom, all the toiletries were great quality, organic and eco friendly. There is an Nespresso coffee machine with provided coffee pods. Excellent service, friendly and professional, a lot of excellent suggestions on what to do and places to see. Breakfast was abundant with a large variety of very tasty local items , the restaurant and bar on site has excellent local...

We just got home from a wonderful week stay at NOFO. It was fantastic! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and fun (stay there and you'll see what I mean). The hotel location is perfect-- close to public transportation and in walking distance of great restaurants. The breakfast that is served every morning is delicious and it was super convenient to have a wine bar on the property. I don't have anything but good things to say! We can't wait to return. Tack!

This hotel is perfectly located walkable distance to public transportation and to lots of dining options, Stocklom’s Gamla Stan (Old Town), Royal Palace and so many more places. Breakfast buffet is amazing including gluten free options, for lactose intolerant and more. Lots of breads, juices, green juice, waffle station, omelette station. Staff was very attentive. If going with family I recommend to book the junior suite since it gives you a bit more space. Overall we will stay again there.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. It was especially nice to have two beds for our stay.

Amazing place. I love the decor and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I often smile remembering how one of the staff members instructed me about the metro and said that they believed in me that I could effectively navigate the system.

Everything was great, we loved our stay. The breakfast was delightful and filling. The train station was very close so getting around Stockholm was easy.

Everything was good

It was very convenient getting around the city. The room was cozy and tidy. The continental breakfast had a variety of dairy free options in addition to the usual fare.

The Location is great, is not in the City Centre but you can walk there in 45 minutes or so (and get to see some awesomeness from Stockhom) or take the Metro (100 metres from the hostel) and be there in less than 20 minutes. The staff was really nice, I got there too early and tired and since my bed was already empty they let me do an early check-in. The beds are comfortable and despite having to dal with somebody elses snorrs or packing/unpacking noises you get a good rest. The kitchen is...

Strategic location. Very close to subway station. Staff is helpful

Was a little tight but we made it work with our two kids. Breakfast was great and the view from the rooftop bar was awesome.

This is a no-frills hotel. Which is exactly what I expected and what I paid for. Very pleased with my stay and experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Nice room, fantastic view of Stockholm from the docks.
