Horrible hotel

-10 out of 10!!!! The hotel was crap, no bar, no hot water, no staff at night, no fan.....the wall is broken, not worth the money at all. Should give me the refund!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, particularly, Susey, Heleina & Sarafina who went the extra mile. We did have one sleepless night when the room smoke alarm gave several false alarms but this was fixed . All in all we had a great stay

Home was well air conditioned, safe, secure, clean & tidy premises, beds are comfy, good working electrical appliances. Ree was an lovely host with great & prompt communication, maitenance guy Sapati was amazing & professional. Home was ideal for our family of 4 & close to amenities & Apia. Roosters ...

Everything was setup for us and anytime there were concerns they were managed quickly. Maria and the team are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend the property.
